Part-Time School Receptionist
Location: South East London
Pay: £14.25 – £17.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, 2 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Horizon Teachers are looking for an experienced School Receptionist to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in South East London.
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity working two days per week from 10:00am - 2:00pm, making it ideal for someone returning to work or looking for flexible hours that fit around other commitments.
The school is looking for someone friendly, professional and technically confident who has previous school experience and can hit the ground running within a busy reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors
Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Support with attendance, pupil records, registers and general administration
Use Arbor and other school systems to maintain accurate information
Support the wider school office with day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements
Previous reception or administration experience within a primary school
Arbor experience is highly desirable
Good IT skills and confidence using school systems
Friendly, professional and confident communication skills
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
