Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Salford to recruit an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist for a long-term position.

As a School Administrator / Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school office. Duties will include:
Managing the busy school reception area
Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries professionally
Supporting attendance and pupil administration processes
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Processing correspondence and documentation
Providing general administrative support to the leadership team and wider school staff
Using school systems and Microsoft Office packages to maintain records and reports
Supporting the smooth operation of the school's front office functionEssential Requirements
Previous experience working within a school office environment
Experience using Arbor
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a busy office
