Role Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage all post-delivery services for our clients, ensuring exceptional support and customer satisfaction. Acting as the main point of contact for clients requiring warranty assistance, this role coordinates and delivers timely, high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a background in maritime or shipyard operations to support our commitment to excellence throughout the entire post-sales experience.
Main Tasks and Duties
Warranty Management

Post vessel delivery, client point of contact for warranty claims.

Investigate and validate warranty claims.

Understand the vessel technical manual and OEM maintenance intervals to ensure customers are maintaining vessels inline with specifications and requirements.

Maintain the warranty log with the client, conduct regular meetings with customers to proactively engage and communicate status of claims.

Regular meetings with the Production Manager to review warranty claims log to allow resource planning for warranty trips or works.

Facilitate effective communication between clients, operations, and finance to resolve warranty claims promptly.

Arrange and organise shipyard staff or contractors to visit vessels and conduct repairs.

Assist with refit warranty and guarantees.

Create a matrix of warranty issues to build a clearer picture of failures and report at the end of each warranty period.
Refit and Commissioning
- During busy periods, the chosen candidate will be expected to help other departments in refit and commissioning.
