Administrator (Learning & Development)
Location: Bedford (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client's Learning and Development Team. You will provide admin support across learning, training and apprenticeship activities across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to build a career in Learning & Development. You'll work closely with the Learning & Development Advisor and People Services team, supporting training administration, compliance, reporting and a well-established apprenticeship programme of around 25 apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training courses and learning activities.
Maintain training records, learning systems and training matrices.
Monitor mandatory training and compliance requirements.
Manage learning and development enquiries.
Support apprenticeship programmes and liaise with training providers.
Produce reports and management information.
Support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
Maintain learning documentation, processes and records.About You
Previous administration experience, if within HR, Training or Learning & Development that would be an 'added bonus'
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately.
A genuine interest in learning, development and supporting people to grow.Benefits
