We're recruiting Manufacturing Production Assemblers to join a successful and long standing manufacturing company in Southend-on-Sea. If you have experience in manufacturing or assembly—or you're someone with excellent dexterity, a steady hand, and a willingness to learn—this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.

What you'll be doing
Working in one of several manufacturing departments, you'll be assembling small, intricate components and wiring to produce high-quality products. Your day-to-day duties may include:

Precision assembly of small components

Working with delicate wires and intricate parts

Soldering (training provided where required)

Following detailed assembly instructions

Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
Ideally you'll have:

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment

Experience assembling small components or soldering (beneficial but not essential)

Excellent manual dexterity with nimble fingers and a steady hand

Good eyesight and strong attention to detail

A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Full training is provided for enthusiastic candidates with the right aptitude.
Working hours
Due to the company's location on an industrial estate, candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred.
