Job Title: IFA Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Blackfriars, Central London
Our client, a reputable organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the administration team, processing new business, and maintaining impeccable client records. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process new business using Curo event lists and relevant platforms.
Monitor and manage new business entries, ensuring timely updates.
Perform data cleansing and update client information in Curo.
Process withdrawals, contributions, and key transactions such as drawdowns, Bed & SIPP, and Bed & ISA.
Pre-complete provider forms for clients and produce review packs for adviser meetings.
Schedule annual review meetings and support administrators as required.
Issue suitability reports and post-meeting correspondence within agreed timelines.
Manage Curo processes for departed and deceased clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain complete and compliant client documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience within financial services is essential.
Must be confidential, reliable, and trustworthy.
Self-motivated with a strong focus on attention to detail and high-quality output.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Regulatory awareness, understanding compliance within an IFA environment.
Desirable: Progress towards or attainment of a Level 4 relevant industry qualification.
Familiarity with the Curo back-office system is a plus.
