Location: Sheffield (Primarily Office-Based with up to 1 Day Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 FTE (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Full Time (Flexibility Available for the Right Candidate)

We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the MD of a fantastic global company.
This is a rare opportunity to become a trusted partner to the company's MD, helping them maximise their impact by managing priorities, protecting their time, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Working at the heart of the business, you'll support senior leadership, complex diary management, international travel arrangements over different time zones,codordinate key projects and events, and play an important role in helping the organisation continue its impressive growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the MD, managing priorities across multiple business areas.
- Proactively manage complex diaries, International travel plans,schedules, meetings, and appointments and monitor and triage inboxes, responding on behalf of the MD where appropriate.
- Monitor and triage inboxes, responding on behalf of senior leaders where appropriate.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, papers, briefing notes, and follow-up actions.
- Manage actions arising from meetings, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions.
- Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders and handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, directors, or business owners with experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and modern workplace technology.
- Professional, diplomatic, and capable of dealing with confidential information.
- Experience handling complex diary management and international travel plans across many time zones.
