Providing efficient and accurate parts service to the workshop team
Managing parts stock levels and reordering stock, including tyres
Handling customer enquiries from local garages and trade customers
Processing daily parts deliveries, checking in stock, and organising incoming parts
Preparing pre-picks for the service department
Supporting workshop operations by ensuring timely parts supply to meet repair schedules
Maintaining high standards of organisation in a fast-paced environment
Dealing with internal and external customer interactions professionally and efficientlyRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Full driving licence is essential due to location and mobility requirements
Proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
