What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and procedures with accuracy
Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment to build and test products
Skill in troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related challenges
Experience with detailed documentation and labor record keeping in business systems
Commitment to safety, including consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Basic to intermediate soldering skills, including tinning, splicing, crimping, and understanding solder and flux theory
Willingness to engage in daily 5S activities and lean manufacturing projects
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on machineryNice to Have:
Vocational or trade school training related to assembly or manufacturing processes
Forklift or crane operation certifications
Familiarity with oilfield tools and assemblies
Previous experience in a lean manufacturing environmentEducation & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Vocational or trade school preferredAdditional Requirements:
Completion of various safety trainings such as crane, forklift, electrical safety, emergency response, and hazardous materials handling
