An exciting opportunity now exists for a Workshop Quality Advisor to join our Porsche Dealership in Hull.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday as well as 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm. OTE of up to £34,000 plus benefits.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and supporting the workshop controller, you will have the responsibility of ensuring both franchise and company standards are met in a workshop environment.
Candidate Responsibilities include:
To manage the quality of work completed in the workshop and be responsible for Technicians’ standards in order to adhere to brand/company standards.
Oversee the workshop in terms of quality checks, customer satisfaction / first time fix and rectification to provide a seamless service to customers. You will perform vehicle road testing before and after work has been carried out to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Controlling the accurate completion of Service Sheets and Job Cards and making certain that all relevant paperwork accompanying all jobs are completed to the required standard. You will also ensure appropriate paperwork for warranty jobs are completed and that relevant procedures have been followed.
To support the Aftersales manager in identifying training and development needs throughout the team.What we’re looking for:
To be considered for the role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, for example as a Service Technician looking to progress in their career.
NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent in a relevant vehicle maintenance subject would be advantageous.
We are looking for a technically minded, driven and detailed individual who will help us provide the best service to our customers.
You will be expected to work well as part of the existing team, so fantastic people and leadership skills are a must.
