The Role

Leading whole class learning

Supporting pupils across a range of abilities and needs

Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement

Providing academic and pastoral support to pupils
We're Looking For:
✅ Previous experience working as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to step up
✅ Strong knowledge of the curriculum and classroom practice
✅ Confidence leading groups and covering lessons when required
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
✅ Passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential
