What will you do as a Wholesale Operations Executive

Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners
-
Process D2C and wholesale orders
-
Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking

Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
-
Support sales team with customer reporting

Monitor fulfilment SLAs, and maintain in-house system
What will you need to be a Wholesale Operations Executive

Have experience in Home, Gifts or Clothing
-
Confident to work at home and self motivated

Intermediate Excel
-
Proactive communicator who can translate complex operational data into clear, actionable updates

Flexibility to travel to the London or Surrey office when required

Minimum of 2 years working within a wholesale environment
