We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our growing Talent team, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across a diverse, multi-brand national business. This is an opportunity to partner with leaders across multiple functions, helping shape recruitment strategies that support continued growth and business success.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of vacancies
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and recruitment needs
Delivering proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and talent mapping
Providing expert advice on attraction, selection and recruitment best practice
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Monitoring recruitment performance and analysing hiring data to identify trends and opportunities
Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across multiple brands
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Confidence using sourcing tools, databases and social media platforms
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for finding great talent
