Spire Elland Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part-time Basis 15 hours over 2 days Wednesday & Friday
Contract Type: Perm- Part-time
Duties and Responsibilities:

Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.

Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.

Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.

Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.

Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.

Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.Who we're looking for:

Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction

Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)

Exceptional phone manner

Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
