Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with an established and successful business?
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Winchester, with an immediate start available.
The company is a leading manufacturer of specialist switches, joysticks, control panels and electronic interface products, supplying components to customers across a range of industries worldwide.
The Role
You'll be joining an established warehouse team, with your main duties initially focused on:
Picking and preparing orders
General warehouse duties
Ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently
Learning new systems and processes as the company introduces a new warehouse computer system
Providing occasional holiday cover for drivers during quieter periodsThis is a temp-to-perm position, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right person.
What's on Offer?
£28,000 per year
£50 weekly KPI bonus once permanent - typically achieved
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
No regular weekend work

What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse experience would be ideal, and forklift licences are a bonus, particularly:
Counterbalance
Reach Truck
Order PickerThe company is willing to put the right candidate through the relevant training once permanent.
You must be over 25 years old due to company insurance requirements.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and keen to build a long-term career within a successful business.
