Payroll Administrator
My client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Administrator to join their Employee Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to play a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate, and high-quality payroll service across multiple payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line payroll support via phone, email, and helpdesk enquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
Administer and process payroll for three separate payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process payroll data in line with payroll schedules and deadlines.
Maintain compliance with HMRC regulations, payroll legislation, and company procedures.
Ensure confidential employee data is managed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Liaise effectively with third-party providers and internal stakeholders.
Support the wider Employee Services function with payroll administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Previous payroll administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
Good understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and GDPR.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
CIPP qualified or currently working towards a CIPP qualification.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.
