School Site Assistant
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
Hours: 8 hours per day - full-day shifts
Shifts: Morning, midday and evening shifts available
Start: ASAP, subject to DBS clearance
We are currently seeking a multi-skilled School Site Assistant to join a school in Sevenoaks, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on individual with a range of maintenance and site-related skills. Previous school experience is not essential, but you should be reliable, flexible and confident carrying out a variety of general maintenance and site duties.
The Role
The successful candidate will help ensure the school site is safe, well-maintained and presented to a high standard. Duties may include general maintenance, repairs, upkeep of buildings and grounds, and supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:
Painting and decorating
Carpentry
Joinery
General building and maintenance
Grounds maintenance and gardening
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical maintenance
Repairs and general handyman work
Setting up and moving equipment
General site upkeepYou do not need to have experience in every area - we are looking for multi-skilled candidates who have practical experience in one or more of these areas.
