You will be supporting the team across manufacturing and warehouse departments, ensuring quality standards and production targets are achieved. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidates.

Location: Rye (Own transport needed due to location)
Job Type: Full time, temporary with the possibility of going permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday Night shift, 10:00pm till 6:00am
Salary: From £18.51 per hourKey Responsibilities
Supporting production and manufacturing operations
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assembling products to required specifications
Conducting visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
Following production schedules and work instructions
Maintaining accurate production records where required
Working to daily production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Following all company health and safety proceduresSkills & Experience
Previous experience within a production operative, warehouse operative, manufacturing operative or pick and pack role is desirable
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
