We're recruiting for an established global business looking to add entry-level Commercial Executives (SDR) to its high-energy Manchester team.
The role
It's a fast-paced outbound sales environment where you will build your own pipeline, develop your phone-based prospecting skills, and build strong foundations in B2B sales with ongoing support and coaching.
The Commercial Executive package:

Uncapped monthly commission + performance-based bonuses

£26,500 basic with £40,000+ OTE in Year 1

You'll be responsible for:

Executing cold outreach and prospecting across a range of UK businesses

Building and managing your own sales pipeline using a leading CRM

Engaging business owners and senior decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings

Developing your sales skills through structured training and coaching

Working towards individual and team targets
What we're looking for
