You’ll be working for an established housing association across the Birmingham area, carrying out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within their social housing properties. You’ll have consistent work throughout the contract and everything needed to travel between jobs as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
Completing carpentry repairs as your main trade
Repairing and maintaining doors, frames, locks and other timber fixtures
Undertaking additional multi-trade repairs as required
Working across social housing properties
Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a good standardI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
A recognised carpentry qualification
Strong carpentry experience as their main trade
Previous social housing experience
Experience completing reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
Additional multi-trade maintenance skills
