Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred personal care to residents.

Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Observe and report any changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

Maintain accurate daily care records and documentation.

Follow all health, safety, safeguarding, and infection-control procedures.

Work effectively with residents, families, and other members of the care team.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is preferred.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a care home environment.
-
Relevant training and DBS clearance are desirable.
