The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative, operational and relationship support to both our customers and wider team.
This role combines sales administration, sales and account support, customer service and client aftercare. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience, supporting existing relationships and helping identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.
This is not a hard sales role. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys building rapport with customers, providing outstanding support and delivering a first-class experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing functions.
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
Processing quotations, orders and customer documentation accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining customer records and updating systems.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
Building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and account aftercare.
Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services that could benefit existing customers.
Coordinating customer reviews, follow-up calls and account activity.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Producing reports, supporting marketing activity and assisting with general business administration.About You
