About The Role - Business Support Assistant
A varied and hands-on position supporting the wider business and management team. Responsibilities will include:
Supporting business development and market research
Maintaining CRM systems and company records
Supporting marketing and social media activity
Providing general office administration and coordination
Organising company meetings and events
Supporting new starter onboarding and inductions
Assisting with project resourcing and consultant allocation
Preparing and maintaining company and project documentation
Providing administrative and operational support to the management team
The Successful Business Support Assistant will have:
Previous experience in an office, administration, business support or similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Professional, positive and approachable
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
A genuine interest in developing their skills and taking on additional responsibility
