Learning Support Assistant – Provision Unit
Educators Connected Recruitment are currently looking for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Provision Unit in Hemel Hempstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or LSA who is passionate about supporting pupils and helping them develop both academically and personally.
The Role:

Supporting pupils within the Provision Unit

Providing one-to-one and small-group support
-
Working closely with teachers and other school staff
-
Supporting pupils with their learning and development

Helping create a calm, structured and inclusive environment

Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or within a school setting is desirable
-
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs would be advantageous

Patient, caring and nurturing approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and enthusiastic

Passionate about supporting children and young people
