Learning Support Assistant – Dunstable
Educators Connected Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Dunstable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, LSA or education professional who enjoys supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role:

Supporting pupils within the classroom

Working alongside teachers to support learning and development
-
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
-
Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment

Supporting pupils with their educational and pastoral needs
-
Encouraging pupils to develop confidence and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience working in a school or education setting is desirable
-
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for supporting children
-
Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA, LSA or Teaching Assistant are desirable
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous
Pay: £115 per day
