Job Description:
ROLE: Recruitment Consultant
LOCATION: Leicester
HOURS: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm
SALARY: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (depend on experience)
WEEKENDS: Every second weekend
Frontline Recruitment is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
THE ROLE

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and/or permanent roles

Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers

Managing daily bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning

Ensuring compliance with Right to Work and internal procedures

Supporting operational delivery during afternoon and evening shifts
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous recruitment or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
