Temporary ER Advisor
Reporting to Senior HR Advisor
Location: Nuneaton - 3 days on site, 2 from home
Immediate - initially temp ongoing
Loom Talent are partnering to support the growth of a HR team within the education sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team.
What you'll be doing
Provide professional advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, absence and grievances.
Proactively review and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
Support the development of People policies and practices
Coach line managers on best practise, deliver training to upskill and support themWhat they are looking for
Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee relations
Approachable and solutions focused, with a good understanding of employee relations and current employment legislation
Comfortable managing complex cases, building strong relationships and providing advice on best practise.
Confident building relationships with key stakeholdersAn Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
