Day shift: Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 | Friday 07:30 – 12:30

The Role
Based at a bespoke engineering facility in Atherton, you’ll be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of Jigs & Fixtures for the Aerospace and Nuclear industries.
Main Duties

Manufacture and assembly of jigs and fixtures

Working from engineering drawings and setup instructions

Inspecting and measuring work using micrometers, calipers and other precision instruments

Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety within the toolroom

Occasional offsite work, both in the UK and overseas
What We’re Looking For
-
You must have the legal right to work in the UK

Familiar with toolroom machinery with a good understanding of engineering drawings

Competent with manual and digital measuring instruments

Assembly/fitting skills with good attention to detail (desirable)

Aerospace experience beneficial but not essential

All roles require pre-employment security screening checks, including referencing
