Business Analyst - CMS / Digital Operations

Rate: £280 - £305 per day insideIR35

Currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital and marketing technology environment for a 6-month Contract. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, UAT/QA, CMS operations and production support, working closely with business, marketing and technology teams across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS.
- Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues.
- Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria.
- Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution.
- Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources.
- Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA, digital operations or a
similar role.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
- Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region teams is advantageous.
