Travel: Must be able to work on foot within the local 2-mile radius
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Painter & Decorator to carry out painting and decorating maintenance across commercial properties around Liverpool Street.
The role will involve general maintenance painting, decorating and making-good works, with the successful candidate expected to maintain a high standard of finish.
Duties

Maintenance painting and decorating

Painting walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork

Preparation, filling and sanding

Making good damaged surfaces

Touch-up and redecoration works

Minor repairs prior to painting

Maintaining communal and commercial areas

Keeping work areas clean and tidy

Completing works to a high standard
Requirements

Previous maintenance painting and decorating experience

Good preparation and finishing skills

Able to work 6:00pm – 2:00am
