Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Norwich This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and work places in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and other stated requirements.

Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
-
Monitor and report on quality performance and trends.
-
Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes.

Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
About You:
-
3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role.

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.

Previous Utilities or Energy or Heavy Civils experience required

Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable.

Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.

Relevant Quality Membership (CQI)
