RecruitmentJunky is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-brand main dealer group in Norwich & they're looking for an experiencedVehicle Technician or qualified MOT Tester to join their busy workshop team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles to a high standard, and/or conducting MOT testing (if qualified). You'll need to accurately identify and diagnose faults beyond the immediate job, recommend further work where needed, and ensure everything is completed safely, efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
What They're Looking For

Qualified Vehicle Technician (manufacturer-specific training will be provided)

MOT Tester certificate is a bonus but not essential

Solid technical background and diagnostic skills

Good administrative accuracy and comfort with customer-facing interactions

Flexible approach to working hours, including weekend rota cover

A genuine focus on customer satisfaction

Basic salary £35,000–£40,000, plus overtime and bonus
