A leading Tier 1 construction contractor is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal to join their team on a long-term project in Ardrossan. Working on a busy construction site, you'll play a key role in maintaining site safety and ensuring the smooth movement of vehicles and personnel.
Your new role
As a Traffic Marshal, you will be responsible for directing site traffic, managing deliveries, maintaining safe access routes, and ensuring all vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work with a well-established contractor.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites
Valid NPORS or Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal card
Strong understanding of site safety procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a site teamWhat you'll get in return
