Workshop Support Administrator
Near Gomshall | £33,000–£35,000 | Monday–Friday

We’re working on behalf of a well-established independent workshop based near Gomshall, who are looking for a reliable and organised Workshop Support / Parts Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working as part of a team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You won’t be customer-facing. Instead, you’ll work closely with the workshop technicians, ensuring they have the correct parts available when they need them.
The Role
This is a busy and varied workshop support position, with your main responsibility being to manage the ordering and checking of parts for the technicians.
You’ll help keep the workshop running efficiently by making sure parts are ordered correctly, deliveries are checked and everything is where it needs to be.
The role will involve:

Ordering parts for the workshop technicians

Checking incoming parts and deliveries

Ensuring the correct parts have been supplied

Keeping track of orders and parts using computer systems

Using Microsoft Excel on a regular basis

Helping technicians with parts-related queries

Keeping workshop administration organised

Working closely with the wider workshop team to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an experienced parts professional or technician for this role.
A basic knowledge of automotive parts would be beneficial, but the most important qualities are organisation, attention to detail and confidence using computers.

What’s On Offer

£33,000–£35,000 salary

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

20 days’ annual holiday + bank holidays
