Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Overtime

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Field Service Engineer to join our team, working on specialist temperature-controlled equipment across pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory environments.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, calibrating and validating stability chambers, environmental rooms and ultra-low temperature freezers.
Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and temperature-controlled equipment

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and humidity faults

Carry out planned preventative maintenance, calibration and validation

Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers

Manage van stock and respond to breakdowns

Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Travel throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Ireland
Requirements

Previous field service engineering experience

Refrigeration and/or laboratory equipment experience

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence

F-Gas Category 1 desirable

Calibration and validation experience desirable

GMP experience desirable
