🔧 What You'll Do:

Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients
Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards
Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team
