Salary: £42,750 plus benefitsWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join an established Social Housing provider. This role involves providing a comprehensive range of electrical services to both void and occupied properties, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
Conducting testing and inspection of electrical systems.
Performing remedial repairs as necessary.
Undertaking full and partial rewires according to requirements.
Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
Changing consumer units as needed.
Managing van stock to ensure all necessary equipment is available for tasks.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
Must hold the 18th Edition wiring regulations certificate.
2391 or 2394 & 2395 qualifications are essential.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Proven experience in electrical work within social housing or similar settings.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits:
