Multi Trade Operative - Gloucester Area
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the Gloucester area.
Role Details/ Benefits:
£38-40k van and fuel card
40 hours
Temp to perm, 12 weeks
25 days holiday bank holidays

Carpenter Multi Operative Day to Day:
All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Following a spec to complete works
Reporting to your Supervisor
Carpenter Multi Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience
Carpentry qualification or 10 years
DBS - will be completed prior to start
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving licence
