We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established independent dealership in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a reputable business renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive working environment.

Starting salary of £30,000+ depending on experience
Monday to Thursday working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm
Friday hours from 8:00am to 3:30pm
No weekend working required

Booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, warranty work, and general repairs
Preparing job cards and managing the daily workshop workload efficiently
Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
Providing regular updates to customers throughout repair processes
Reviewing vehicle health checks with technicians and discussing advisory work with customers
Ordering parts and ensuring availability for scheduled work
Preparing invoices and conducting vehicle pre-collection checks
Managing courtesy cars and vehicle movements
Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly
Collaborating closely with technicians, Parts, MOT, and Sales departments to optimise workshop productivityRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an Aftersales role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload effectively
Genuine interest in cars and the automotive sector
Professional, customer-focused attitude
