Conduct high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and refinishing according to industry standards
Work on a variety of vehicles, including LCV, hybrid, and electric models
Maintain adherence to workshop safety standards and company procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members, support staff, and administrative personnel
Complete repairs within designated timeframes without compromising quality
Support insurance and OEM partner requirements on high-profile projectsRequirements of a Panel Beater:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician, or similar position
Recognised qualification such as C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
Full UK manual driving licence
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
