About the role
The Point, North Wales are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic, multi-franchise team.
As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales and management teams by completing all associated administration duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry or Sales Administration experience is required.
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment, is extremely organised, confident, has great attention to detail and is willing to go the extra mile.
Your duties will include:
Processing retail and trade vehicle sales accurately and efficiently
Ensuring sales paperwork is completed correctly and on time
Registration of new vehicles
Assisting with vehicle stock records and administration
Liaising with colleagues across Sales, Accounts and other dealerships within our group
Ensuring that the standing care of stock vehicles is carried out in a timely manner
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have obtained GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects, English, Maths and 1 other subject as a threshold level of qualification.
