We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical team to support patients and contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of care.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate, respectful and person-centred care to patients.

Supporting clinicians with routine clinical duties and patient care.

Recording observations and undertaking relevant clinical checks within your competency.

Preparing treatment and consultation areas.

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
-
Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the service.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure patients receive an excellent standard of care.
We are looking for someone who is:

An experienced Healthcare Assistant with a genuine passion for patient care.

Experience with phlebotomy, ECG, Spiro, woundcare and healthchecks

Friendly, approachable and compassionate.

Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Confident communicating with patients and colleagues.
-
Able to work calmly and professionally in a busy healthcare environment.
Previous experience within a GP practice, primary care or a similar clinical setting would be advantageous but not essential
