We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate laser cutting machines

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal parts as required

Perform tooling changes and adjustments

Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Utilise hand tools for grinding and finishing tasks
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

Mechanical knowledge with experience in sheet metal work

Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks

Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations

Previous experience in laser cutting operations is desirable but not essential
