We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join our client in their Transport Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating daily transport operations.

Ensuring deliveries are scheduled efficiently and cost-effectively.

Maintaining accurate transport records and documentation.

Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Resolving transport issues and supporting the wider transport team.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Transport Planner or in a similar transport/logistics role.

Strong IT skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel.

SAP experience is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience working in a traffic, warehousing, or logistics environment is preferred.

Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday

6:00am – 2:30pm

40 hours per week
Salary:
- £27,622.40 per annum (non-negotiable)
