Dumper / Roller Operative (Rawcliffe Bridge, DN14 8PN) – Fulltime
An opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project in Rawcliffe Bridge, delivering important works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have:
- Valid Blue CPCS
- Previous experience working on major construction, highways or infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to operate plant safely and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 9T Dual View Dumper and 4T Padfoot Roller
- Carry out pre-start checks and report any defects
- Support earthworks, compaction and site preparation activities
- Assist site teams with daily construction activities
- Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Work alongside groundworkers, supervisors and other plant operatives
- Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure works
