Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join a premium brand within the automotive sector. This role is a blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis, requiring a professional who can act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to deliver technology-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, stakeholder management, and project management, with the ability to critically evaluate and translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.
Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business/end users and IT systems development teams to address business needs requiring IT solutions.
Identify and analyze business requirements, conduct requirements gathering, and define project scope and objectives.
Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new or existing technology.
Research and document the relationships between application system components, including end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices.
Translate business requirements into detailed application requirements.
Support business initiatives by utilising project management expertise.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Serve as the conduit between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and requirement flow.Qualifications
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in IT Business Systems Analysis or a related field.
Proven experience in analysing and improving business processes.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
High standards for written communication and documentation.
Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and identify true business needs.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.Day-to-Day
