We're seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support a major endpoint deployment and support programme for Edgewing. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on laptop build, deployment, endpoint management, and advanced troubleshooting within a highly secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the build, configuration, and rollout of laptop devices.
Manage and support endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Provide 3rd Line (L3) support for endpoint-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, authentication, and configuration problems.
Support device provisioning, enrolment, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.
Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
Active SC Clearance.
Strong commercial experience with:
Microsoft Intune
Windows Autopilot
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience supporting large-scale laptop deployment and refresh projects.
Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 3 years' experience in endpoint engineering, with 5+ years desirable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in secure, customer-facing environments
