We’re now looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team—someone who can ensure electrical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably across fast-paced production environments.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a close-knit team across multiple sites and projects.
What you’ll do:

Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on industrial equipment

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime

Work on control panels, wiring, motors, and electrical systems

Troubleshoot and support PLC and control systems (where applicable)

Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems

Assist production teams to maintain efficiency and performance

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities

Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards

Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Promote a safe, clean, and organised working environment
What you’ll bring:

Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Experience with industrial electrical systems and control panels

Knowledge of PLCs / automation systems (desirable)

Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail

Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
What we offer:

Salary up to £42,000 DOE based on experience.
