We are looking for an experienced Service Design Lead to join a major Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity programme, supporting the transition of services into a robust operational steady state.The role will focus on ensuring services are properly designed, transitioned and operationally ready, with appropriate support models, governance and processes in place.
