Technical Coordinator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join an established residential development team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of projects and work closely with consultants, design teams and site teams.
The Role

Coordinate external consultants and design teams

Manage planning conditions and technical approvals

Oversee detailed design and working drawings

Obtain Building Regulations approvals

Review technical and supplier information

Resolve technical queries and support site teams
About You
-
Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator

Housebuilding or property development experience

Good understanding of the residential technical process

Able to manage multiple deadlines and external consultants

Attained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBAAttained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA
